Seasonal Service

April -October. Every Other Month Services. Treatment consists of the following:

• Inside spray in selected areas, placement of glue monitors in selected areas. Granular baits placed in crawl space areas. Removal of heavy spider web issues.
• Exterior spray of entire perimeter including walls 2 feet up and ground a foot out. We also concentrate on areas pests enter like pipe entry points, wire  entry points and around doors and windows.  We place a granular product around the home as well along with granular baits. Areas under foliage, bushes and around trees are also done.

Customers who choose the seasonal plan have a full season guarantee. If you see any covered pests inside the home between visits, we will return to service your home at no additional charge.

Covered insects include ants, crickets, spiders, waterbugs, roaches, millipedes, centipedes, sow bugs, ground beetles, yellow jackets that may invade the home structure, hornet’s nest, ground nesting yellow jackets other crawling occasional invaders.

Excluded is bedbugs, honey bees, mice, rats, wood destroying insects, wildlife.

One Time Treatment

This is to eliminate a specific pest issue and for customers who don’t want to commit to a full seasonal plan. This can include anything from bedbugs to beetles. Noticing ants on your counter? Call and we will be out. We will service your home for ants and you will receive a 30-day warranty on the work. If ants return anytime within that 30 days please call and we will return at no cost. Notice a bald-faced hornets’ nest outside! Call us. Yellow Jackets bothering you? Call us. Crickets invading your basement? Call us. Bedbugs in your bed? Call us. All services are provided with a customer is always right attitude and a 30-day guarantee.

Exterior Tick Service

This service is provided monthly treating areas that ticks tend to hide and breed. We utilize a variety of methods including sprays, tick tubes, and manual alterations to provide the customer with a reduction in their tick pressures outside. A unique plan will be developed for you once our technician visits to do an inspection.
