Where has good old fashioned customer service disappeared to these days? It almost seems like companies or retail workers throw around an attitude like they are doing YOU a favor. Does anyone care about the customer anymore? Can I get a smile or a good morning or even a thank you?

When I started my pest control company here in Willow Grove Pennsylvania,  I fashioned it around customer service. Now that might sound like common sense, after all, who starts a company and fashions it after Oscar the Grouch? (Although his trash can might be a good roach elimination account!) No one, that is who. But like most things, companies get complacent and comfortable and they forget about the most important aspect of their business and that is you, the customer.

When I meet with a customer I want them to feel at ease. They are already on edge because they might be dealing with a bedbug issue or a mouse infestation, so I want them to feel calm and feel confident that Grove Pest Control is going to provide the best service possible to eliminate that infestation and that we will accomplish that in a friendly and efficient way.
